Account Deletion Policy

Your right to permanently delete your data.

In compliance with data protection regulations and the policies of application stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store), Minufi Corp guarantees all its users the right to delete their account and all associated data permanently and easily.

1. HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT?

Minufi users have two methods to request account deletion:

  • From the App (Recommended): Go to the "My Profile" or "Settings" section, select the "Delete Account" option, and confirm the action. This process is automatic.
  • Via Email: Send a request from the email address associated with your account to hello@minufi.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Our team will process the request within a maximum of 48 to 72 business hours.

2. WHAT DATA IS DELETED?

Upon confirming account deletion, Minufi Corp will permanently delete from our active servers:

  • Identity Information: Name, email address, profile photo, and access credentials.
  • User-Generated Content: All journal entries (Journaling), text notes, and audio/voice files sent for AI processing.
  • Progress Data: Weight records, measurements, Vision Board, accumulated "Coins" history, and "Streaks".
  • Chat History: All conversations and interactions with the AI assistant.

3. DATA RETENTION FOR LEGAL OBLIGATION

In the event that the user has made financial transactions (Premium subscriptions), Minufi Corp will retain only the transaction records necessary to comply with tax and accounting obligations, as well as for managing payment cancellations with third-party processors (Stripe, Apple, or Google), in accordance with applicable local laws.

4. EFFECT OF DELETION

Once the process is completed, the action is irreversible. The user will lose access to all Premium benefits (if any) and will not be able to recover their wellness history or digital assets (Coins) in the future.
