Welcome to Minufi, a platform operated by Minufi Corp ("we", "our" or "the Company"). By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and related services (hereinafter, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Minufi is a personal wellness tool that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help users in their self-knowledge and emotional management through:
- Smart Journaling: Processing of text and voice notes to identify wellness patterns.
- AI Companionship: Interactive chat based on advanced language models.
- Gamification: "Coins" and "Streaks" systems to encourage healthy habits.
- Vision Board and Progress: Visual tools for personal goal tracking.
2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE (MEDICAL DISCLAIMER)
IMPORTANT: Minufi is NOT a medical service, a mental health emergency service, nor does it replace professional therapy.
- Our AI provides "insights" and suggestions based on data, but does not issue clinical diagnoses.
- If you are in a mental health crisis or have thoughts of self-harm, you should immediately contact the emergency services in your area.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, interface design (UI), logos, AI algorithms, and source code are the exclusive property of Minufi Corp. Total or partial reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
4. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DATA
By using Minufi, you understand and accept that:
- Your entries (voice and text) are processed by third-party AI models through secure integrations.
- Data is used to personalize your experience and improve AI responses.
- Minufi Corp commits to not selling your personal data to third parties.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Access to certain features (Premium) requires a subscription payment.
- Payments are processed through secure platforms (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Play).
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
6. CANCELLATION AND DELETION POLICY
The user has the right to stop using the service at any time.
- Account Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data directly from the profile settings in the App or by sending an email to hello@minufi.com
- Once the account is deleted, progress data, coins, and AI records cannot be recovered.
7. MODIFICATIONS
Minufi Corp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
