At Minufi Corp, the privacy of your emotional well-being is our priority. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application and services.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To offer you a personalized experience with AI, we collect:
- Registration Data: Name, email address, and country.
- User Content: Text notes, journal entries, and voice/audio recordings you submit for processing.
- Health and Wellness Data: Information about your mood, weight, measurements, and sleep habits that you voluntarily enter in the Progress and Journaling modules.
- Technical Data: IP address, device model, and operating system to ensure app stability.
2. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) AND PROCESSING
Minufi uses OpenAI to power Minu, your personal wellness assistant, through natural language processing (NLP):
- The text messages you write and the audio in the chat are sent to OpenAI through encrypted connections, solely to generate Minu's responses.
- OpenAI applies privacy and security standards equivalent to those of Minufi. More information at: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
- Important: Data is used exclusively to generate your responses and wellness analysis. It is not used to train public AI models or to identify you.
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
Minufi Corp does not sell your personal data. We only share information with:
- Service Providers: Such as Firebase (storage), Stripe/RevenueCat (payments), and AI providers, solely for the technical operation of the app.
- Legal Requirements: If requested by a judicial authority under compliance with the law.
4. DATA SECURITY
We implement technical (SSL/TLS encryption) and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Access to the user database is restricted only to authorized personnel for technical support.
5. YOUR RIGHTS AND DATA DELETION
In accordance with international regulations (such as GDPR or local laws), you have the right to:
- Access, rectify, or cancel your personal data.
- Account deletion: You can request the complete deletion of your profile and records from the "Settings > My Profile" menu in the App, or by sending an email to hello@minufi.com. The deletion process will permanently remove your audio, text, and progress from our servers.
6. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
On our website and app, we use essential cookies to keep your session active and analyze the technical performance of the platform.

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of any important changes through a notice in the app or by email.
